  In this world there is the data person and the people person, very rarely you will find a candidate who is both. In my previous career in hospitality I was a data driven people person, making use of CRM to anticipate the needs of guests and maintain relationships with investors. Today as a software engineer, I employ this same attention to detail to create clean code with human centered design.
